
Launching Ceremony of Rabezza Center for Autism
Rabezza autism opened its doors on the second of February 2020, during a ceremony organized on this occasion in his building in Al-Hada area in Al-Khobar. The center is the most specialized facility for autistic patients in the region.

The high goal of special education is to reach children with special needs to a high level of maturity, independence and self-confidence by providing them with a range of specialized educational and educational services.
Hence, Abdullatif rabezza Autism Center was established in Khobar, as the largest Autism Center in the Arabian Gulf region, to provide specialized service through diverse and fully qualified cadres subject to international standards in the field of autism.
The actual area of the center is 14,085 square meters. It was designed by autism specialist Simon Humphreys who has designed many buildings worldwide.
The design of the building is designed to be calm and balanced so that the child can move around the center’s squares with ease, within an understandable environment free of complexity and with a minimum number of different materials and colors, in order to provide less space that limits dispersion and isolation.
The general building of the center is adaptable and has a large area of adjustable flexibility, to achieve interaction with various needs that serve the children of autism in the future.
The center employs 300 qualified staff with skills, multiple specialties and support services, who serve 240 beneficiaries with autism disorders.
Saudis make up 95% of the total workforce at the center, while women make up 60-70% of the specialized cadres.
